What is printable wall art?

Printable wall art is an inexpensive way to get high quality art instantly by cutting out the “middle man” and without paying for shipping and waiting for days for your prints to arrive. Your digital prints are available to download immediately after purchase (except for custom orders). You can print on a home desktop printer or upload to an online or local print service. You get ultimate flexibility in choosing your print size, print surface (paper, canvas, etc.) and framing choices!

How do I receive my digital print/s after purchase?

All products in this store are DIGITAL PRINTS which are a digital download product, and no physical product will be sent to you. Your files will be available for download from your Order Status page. You should receive a confirmation email with a link to this page shortly after purchase. If you don’t receive an email, be sure to check your junk folder. If you have any issues locating your files or downloading, email me at hello@silverwoodfriends.com and I’ll help you.

How do I print my digital files?

All Printing Options:

1) Print from home using your home printer.

2) Take file to a local print shop such as Target, Walgreens or Officeworks.

What kind of paper do you recommend?

This is really a personal choice, but I tend to prefer heavyweight matte paper for my fine art prints. Many office supply stores offer high quality heavyweight matte photo paper that will work well with your desktop printer. You can also use satin, semi-gloss or glossy paper for your prints, which would work particularly well for full colour photographic prints.

Do you offer refunds and returns?

No. All prints in our shop are INSTANT DOWNLOAD digital files. As such, we do not offer refunds, returns or cancellations once you purchase. We only sell DIGITAL DOWNLOAD products. No physical product will be shipped. If you have a problem with with your order please email me at hello@silverwoodfriends.com and I will help you.

Can I use your files for commercial use?

No. Purchased files are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Commercial use of any kind is strictly prohibited.
